DreamBingo Cookie Policy

At Dream Bingo, we use cookies and similar technologies to make your visit to our site smooth, secure, and enjoyable. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how we at DreamBingo use them, and the choices you have regarding their use. By continuing to browse dreambingo.co.uk, you agree that we may place cookies on your device in accordance with this policy.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer, tablet, or mobile device when you visit a website. At Dream Bingo, we rely on cookies to recognise your device, remember your preferences, and understand how you interact with our games and services. Our DreamBingo platform uses both session cookies, which expire once you close your browser, and persistent cookies, which remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them.

Why We Use Cookies

We use cookies for a variety of purposes to support the operation of our site and to improve your overall experience. Here at Dream Bingo, we never use cookies to collect sensitive personal information without your consent, and we always aim to be transparent about the data we gather.

• We use cookies to keep you securely logged into your Dream Bingo account
• Our DreamBingo platform uses cookies to remember your display preferences, such as language and bingo room settings
• We track gameplay patterns to prevent fraud and protect account integrity
• We use analytics cookies to understand how players use our 90-ball bingo and 75-ball bingo rooms
• Our cookies help us tailor promotional offers, such as our welcome bonus, to your interests

Types of Cookies We Use

Our Dream Bingo team uses several categories of cookies, each serving a distinct function. We believe it is important for you to understand exactly what each category does before you decide whether to accept them.

Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the operation of our site. Without them, features such as secure login, identity verification, and withdrawal processing would not function correctly. We at DreamBingo cannot disable these cookies through our consent tool, as they are required to deliver the services you request, including access to blackjack, roulette, video poker, and our bingo rooms.

Performance and Analytics Cookies

Our Dream Bingo site uses performance cookies to collect information about how visitors use our pages, including which games are most popular and how long sessions typically last. This data is aggregated and anonymous, and it helps us identify ways to improve our slots, jackpot games, and overall site navigation.

Functionality Cookies

We use functionality cookies to remember choices you make, such as your preferred bingo ticket price or your login details for faster access. Our DreamBingo functionality cookies make it easier for you to return to your favourite games without resetting your preferences every time you visit.

Targeting and Advertising Cookies

At Dream Bingo, we may also use targeting cookies, including those placed by trusted third-party partners, to deliver advertising that is more relevant to you based on your browsing habits. These cookies also allow us to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, including promotions related to our welcome bonus and loyalty program.

Third-Party Cookies

We work with payment providers, analytics companies, and marketing partners who may place their own cookies on your device when you use our services. Our DreamBingo site uses providers such as Microgaming for game delivery, and these partners may set cookies that allow games to function correctly and record your gameplay history. We do not control these third-party cookies directly, but we require our partners to handle your data responsibly and in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.

How We Use Cookies to Support Responsible Gambling

We at Dream Bingo also use cookies to support responsible gambling tools, such as deposit limits and self-exclusion features. These cookies help us recognise your account preferences and ensure that any limits you set are applied consistently across your sessions on our site.

Managing Your Cookie Preferences

You have control over the cookies stored on your device. Most web browsers allow you to manage cookie settings through their preferences menu, including the ability to block or delete cookies entirely. Please note that if you choose to disable cookies, certain features of our Dream Bingo site, including secure login, personalised promotions, and smooth gameplay in our bingo rooms, may not function as intended.

• You can adjust your browser settings to refuse all cookies
• You can delete cookies already stored on your device at any time
• You can use private or incognito browsing modes to limit cookie storage
• You can manage cookie consent preferences through our cookie banner when you first visit our site

Cookies and Your Account

When you register an account with us, including completing the identity verification process required under our licence with the UK Gambling Commission, certain cookies are necessary to maintain your session securely. We use these cookies to protect your account from unauthorised access and to ensure that deposits, withdrawals, and bonus activity, such as our 100 free spins welcome offer, are correctly attributed to your profile.

Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legislation, or our business practices. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of our site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
